Highlights

Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and smells of India on this amazing 20 day tour through the state of Rajasthan.

Riding high
Our India tour starts in Delhi where we explore both the old and new parts of the city - you'll be amazed by the array of exotic colour on display. We'll also  take an exciting rickshaw ride through the colourful streets of the bustling bazaars of Chandni Chowk.

Unforgettable experiences
As our India tour continues we’ll visit grand palaces, sweeping deserts and majestic forts as well as share some unforgettable experiences. We’ll take an exhilarating camel ride across the desert where we’ll spend a night at a dune safari camp and we’ll arrive ready to explore Jaipur's amazing Amber Fort in style, by elephant no less!

Pushkar - the festival town!
We'll travel on further through Rajasthan visiting many beautiful temples and colourful villages. As part of our India tour we stop at Pushkar, the site of the famous camel market and festival. If you take this tour in October you’ll get to see the Pushkar festival firsthand – a truly unique experience.

Seeing is believing
Finally no India tour would be complete without a trip to see the Taj Mahal – and we save the best for last. You’ve seen the pictures, now you can see it for real, it will not disappoint.

What our customers say...

Click here to read about Vera Connell's experience in India during the Pushkar festival.

"In the past we have visited parts of the world with companies who organise large travel groups and were pleased to see Bunnik's advertisement in the Melbourne Age newspaper indicating small group travel. We therefore contacted your company and were extremely pleased with the service we received from Robyn in making all the travel arrangements, which eventually landed us in New Delhi for the start of a very exciting tour.
Here we met our tour leader who immediately made us welcome and introduced our group to his team, which included the driver and his assistant. Our driver displayed first-class driving skills which ensured that we had no qualms about being on India's chaotic roads travelling through villages, towns and cities, and his assistant was always available to help him attend to our needs (nothing was too much trouble!).

We'd like to make special mention of the resort near Pushkar, which was, in our opinion, one of the highlights of our trip and well worth the extra money. A great experience - keep it up!"
Patricia Backhurst & Lyle Smith (VIC). November 2008

"What a wonderful experience I have had on my very first organised tour, it truly has been a pleasure. The concept of
'not too young & not too old' is a winner in my opinion, traveling alone and being with people in the same age group added to the many positives of the tour. The tour was superbly choreographed from beginning to end thus enabling maximum experiences within the allotted time frame.
The company in India, together with the tour guide Atul, did a magnificent job at all times ensuring travelers were well looked after, well informed and well catered for".

Gail Hagan. November 2008.
